© COPYRIGHTKRT Design Studio Pvt. Ltd. holds all the copyrights and intellectual property rights related to all Designs created by the KRT Design Studio Pvt. Ltd. The Designs shall remain the property of the KRT Design Studio, and the client ("Client") shall have no right or claim to any of the Designs, except as expressly granted herein.

OWNERSHIPAll Designs and related files created by the KRT Design Studio for the Client remain the property of the KRT Design Studio until full payment has been received by the Company. Once full payment has been received, the Client shall have full ownership and rights to use the Designs for their intended purposes.

USAGE RIGHTSKRT Design Studio grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Designs for the specific purpose for which they were created. The Client may not use the Designs for any other purpose without the express written consent of the KRT Design Studio.

REVISIONSKRT Design Studio will provide the Client with a 2(two) number of revisions based on the package or agreement chosen. Additional revisions beyond the included number may be subject to additional fees.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIESThe Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the KRT Design Studio to create the Designs. The Client is also responsible for reviewing all Designs and providing feedback and approval in a timely manner.

CONFIDENTIALITYThe KRT Design Studio will not disclose any confidential information of the Client, including any personal or business-related information, to any third party without the Client's prior written consent and vice versa.

LIABILITYKRT Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Designs or any other services provided by the Company.

TERMINATIONEither party may terminate this agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any of the terms and conditions set forth herein. In such an event, the Client shall pay the Company for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

GOVERNING LAWThis agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurtisdiction in which the KRT Design Studio Pvt. Ltd. is located, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

ENTIRE AGREEMENTThese Terms constitute the entire agreement between the KRT Design Studio and the Client and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties concerning its subject matter.

AMENDMENTSWe may update or revise these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our website or engagement of our services after such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will post any updates or revisions to these Terms on our website.www.krtdesignstudio.com

SHOWCASEKRT Design Studio Pvt. Ltd. is authorized to showcase the work done for the Client on our website portal and any social media platform, solely for the purpose of displaying it as a part of our work experience and to gain recognition in our competitive business.
